HOUSE MANAGER  (couples only please) Kerrville, TX 

This couple will manage several areas of responsibility, including house management, facility maintenance,  hospitality and special occasions or events.

  They will be accountable for the  overall family and guest experience at this private ranch.  The scope will include but not be limited to, food and beverage, and procurement of all consumables.

In addition to house management, facility maintenance and concierge responsibilities, this couple will have specific duties such as; food service and staffing for occasions, your responsibilities will include the following:

* Generous base salary and, benefits.
* Includes on-site housing and associated costs.
* Coordinate event activities if requested.
* Take direction from owners on coordinating all aspects of the main house and other quarters.
* Manage and conduct  household staff meetings.
* Communicate and delegate tasks relating to house management.
* Review and submit vendor invoices to A/P in accounting.
* Monitor labor expense weekly to confirm hours, purchases and data are correct.
* Maintain meticulous cleaning standards.
* Maintain main house and other guest quarters and staff housing
