Married Couple Needed for Caretaking - near Prairie Du Chien, Wisconsin

Looking for a mature, stable, dependable and trustworthy married couple who would enjoy spending time together on a 725 acre private family vacation home.  15 hours of work per week ( total, not each)  is in exchange for a large house with an outdoor wood burner, shed and pasture.  No salary is included, however, you will have plenty of time for offsite employment.   Some of the duties will include mowing lawn, weed wacking, flower bed weeding/watering, feeding wild birds and possibly a few chickens, brush mowing, simple building maintenance, snow shoveling and plowing, machinery maintenance such as oil changes,  taking care of the outdoor corn stove, security and helping make maple syrup.  Less hours required if you own your own lawn care equipment.   Your friendly pets are welcome.   The caretakers home is about 1/4 mile away from the main house, a 4 wheel drive vehicle is necessary in the winter.  This is a very rural setting.   We would like a couple who is quiet, private, tidy,  respectful, self motivated, can work unsupervised and will treat our property as if it is their own.  We will require references and a visit before any final decision is made.
