Live on a beautiful island on the Gulf of Mexico. Beachfront condo complex needs energetic, full time couple to work and live on site. Position is ideal for older, retired couple. Complex contains 47 units, 23 of which are vacation rentals. (Renting and inside cleaning of vacation rentals is done by local real estate companies, not the resident manager.)

The successful couple will have these qualifications:

Friendly

Hospitable

Flexible

Able to accomplish many outdoor tasks

Working knowledge of landscape and building maintenance

Knowledge AND experience with swimming pool and hot tub operation, care and maintenance

Time management organization skills

Willing and able to work harder in tourist season

Responsibilities include:

Maintenance of the following areas:

Lawns, shrubbery, flower beds; Swimming pools (2) and hot tub (1); Decking and boardwalks; Building exteriors

General clean up of grounds

Pest control

Security of property

Verification of occupancy

Coordination with rental agencies

Interacting with contractors during active projects
