Management of a 5-star senior gated community in Stockton, California seeking a couple consisting of a maintenance person and a housekeeper/part-time office clerk.  Couple should have experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, janitorial, light filing and able to answer telephones and speak with residents.  Maintenance team works with and under the supervision of the Park Manager and Office Manager

Salary negotiable, includes a double-wide manufactured home and utilities.  Healthcare contribution part of salary.
