Caretaker Couple - Topton/Nantahala, NC

Final interview week - Seeking an energetic couple to live in and maintain historic log lodge in Nantahala, North Carolina.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the security and maintenance of lodge and property.  This includes trout pond, general housekeeping, and care of pets (3 dogs/2 cats).  Some knowledge of basic construction, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical desired.

This can be a permanent position with an anticipated start date of 9/15/14.  A furnished apartment located in the lodge including utilities, sat TV, wireless service, and modest salary is provided.
