Beach Motel Live In Manager (Couple) - Florida

Have you ever wanted to run a beach motel on an Island?

We are looking for an Innkeeper for a small hotel on Florida’s West Coast.

Responsible for all aspects of the running of this Inn

Manager's tasks include:

- Overall direction and coordination and delegation of daily operational responsibilities
- Direct contact with guest to ensure high guest satisfaction
- Create and follow up Service standards and procedures
- Staff training for operational standards, health and safety requirements
- Monitor and follow up reservations, guests services and guest invoicing
- Some outside Sales solicitations
- Oversee Preventative and corrective Maintenance in all areas
- Establish and maintain very good communication and relationship with Guests, suppliers and staff
- Actively promoting the Inn on a daily basis -
- Daily operational briefings
- Previous experience in operating a small in required

- Apartment available

Experience in the Hotel & Resort industry
Extensive knowledge of Small resort operations, with hands on approach
Must have perational back ground in F & B
Strong financial understanding for reporting purposes

Salary $26,000 including large attached apartment
