Benefit Liaison Couples - Kansas & Colorado

Pension Consulting Services is a company that provides Veterans information to apply for a little known VA benefit called Aid and Attendance. This benefit can be used to be able to afford to live in an Independent Living or Assisted Living community. We provide this service Free to Veterans.

We are hiring couples in Colorado and Kansas to be the Benefit Liaison for up to 3 communities in the local market. The couple woould be responsible to ensure the highest level of service to the Independent or Assisted Living Community. This would include but not limited to:

• Conduct Seminars each quarter at each community
• Process the Veterans application thur our system including interviews
• Ensure Staff at Community is using system correctly to get Move Ins to community
• Sell sponsorship Advertising around the community to support marketing costs
• Answer all Veteran and Community questions and ensure high level of service to each
• Maintain Move In goals at all three communities
• Maintain Sponsorship goals at all three communities
• Be an independent Contractor

This is a great opportuniy for a couple with multiple skills. The opportunity to grow over 3 communities is available based on performance. Income with 3 properties would range in the $50,000 for the couple with growth and percentages that are unlimited.
