Working Couple Wanted to Provide Property Care and some Managerial Presence - Rio Communities, NM

We are looking for a working couple to operate on a regular basis our on going development of a tiny home community.  The nature of work is varied and does involve being out doors: tending to grounds , installing new fencing other landscape needs, although there is some management it is very minimal.   

We are looking to increase our long term resident occupancy and create an airbnb division utilizing tiny homes and park models.  We will have homes available for sale as well as lease out space for others to park.  There is supervision required to ensure the new homes are in good repair , and impeccably cleaned after airbnb guests leave. 

The position requires onsite living, and availability to clients via appointment or scheduled hours. There is no handling of money as all is done online directly through the accounting office.

Position will require working directly with owner to ensure goals are met and improvements are made to the property.

Managers will be responsible for representing owner in serving of any notices for nonpayment and subsequent court proceedings if required. 

We are still undergoing constant improvements, this is not a turn key position, there is not much office work involved, but there is a need for professional presentation when showing available properties or dealing with long term clients and airbnb guests.  We do not have the airbnb property operating yet but expect to develop that business in 2022 when new homes arrive.
