Working Couple for Manufactured Home/Mobile Home Park - Phoenix, AZ

I'm looking for a dynamic couple who works well together and has prior manufactured home, mobile home experience. Ideal couple will also have senior living experience as well as have experience planning social activities and who enjoy interacting with the residents of the community. Pay will be based on experience but will be around $70k w/free housing and utilities.
