WORKCAMPING COUPLE

WORKAMPING COUPLE  *ASAP* ARANSAS PASS,TEXAS

Our RV Park is in need of a workamping couple to assist the onsite managers with a 60 lot RV park operations. We prefer a longterm couple, yet will consider a  seasonal couple also.

Duties include:

*Greeting,registering,collecting rents and deposits for newly arriving guests.Escorting them to the lot and assist in parking,hookup.

* Checking with managers for incoming guests and having lot ready to rent. Providing back up for onsite managers when they are off the property.Phone duties to quote rates & availablility & resident issues.

*Provide security and rule enforcement. Light maintenance & groundskeeping when requested. (Many of these duties are contracted out.)

*Cleaning of facilities 5 days per week.Consisisting of small laundry, rest rooms & small clubhouse/office.

*Compensation includes FHU,WIFI &laundry. An hourly wage is paid for cleaning duties and special duties if requested. Must have own RV and live on site. Pets under #25 welcome.

We are located within walking distance of Redfish Bay & the ICW. The fishing capital of Texas,the Gulf is minutes away with it's bountiful beaches & coastline. Corpus Christi is also only about a 25 minute drive.
