Job Duties
-
Provide superior guest service either over the telephone or in person, by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful. Handle all guest issues with respect.

Greet all guests with a positive attitude and a well-groomed appearance, a smile, recognition and a proper KOA uniform and name tag.
-
Follow all KOA guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations, reservations, and refunds.
-
Follow specific KOA cash and credit card handling procedures and properly use the computer, cash register, credit card, and various other front desk equipment.
-
Handle daily, weekly, and monthly scheduled stocking and cleaning programs as requested by management for all front office and gift store areas.
-
Promote your local attractions, as well as, the KOA system by value kard sales and referrals to other KOA’s and being knowledgeable of all national and local advertising and discount programs for the campground, store, other profit center areas.

Contact other departments or managers (housekeeping, maintenance, activities & food services) when a problem is reported in a timely fashion.
-
Answer queries regarding the campground services, fees, dining facilities, activities facilities, and travel directions.
-
Assist Merchandising team with stocking shelves, coolers, etc.
-
Follow communication protocols with multiple platforms: via email, chat, phones, etc. with proper grammar and punctuation.
-
Work in a fast-paced environment.

Perform all other duties assigned.
