Workamper(s) / Care Taker(s) - Tarpley, TX

We are currently interviewing for a short term  Workamper/Care Taker able to maintain grounds, perform minor electrical, carpentry, and plumbing renovations.

Requirements: Vailid driver license, able to climb ladder, push lawn mover, lift 20 pounds.

Duties include but are not limited to:  Lawn and Grounds Care, Equipment Maintenance, Minor Infrastructure Repairs, Light Housekeeping, and Communicatiing with the Public and Management.

STANDARD HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 11:30 am         

Compensation: Monthly Compensation Bundle includes:  Site Rental, Electric, Septic, Artesian Water / Trash, RV Storage, Laundry (allotment), Wi-Fi and Membership to the Caribbean Room Club House.
