KOA Campground in Meadville PA is a busy, fun, family destination campground located the in Great Lakes area of NW PA seeking full-time (35-39 hours /week) or part-time (16-20 hours per week), people-friendly Work Kamping Couple for April 22 thru October 22, 2018. We are a KOA Founders and President’s Award-winning park, and we need your help!

Duties would include maintenance & clerking & front desk duties for the other.  Some housekeeping duties for one or both.   Owning an RV is required.

Clerking is fast paced in busy camp/convenience type store.  Reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and amenities band program, serving Slushies and dipping ice cream will keep you busy.  Knowledge of some reservation software required, knowledge of Kampsights is a plus!   

• Long periods of standing.
• Must be able to hear and respond over the telephone.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Maintenance & Housekeeping includes escorting campers, garbage duty, changing light bulbs and other light duty items, collecting mini golf balls, bagging ice, jumping pillow duty, swimming pool, set up and tear down of events and activities, trimming, landscape maintenance (watering flowers, weeding), etc.  Housekeeping for two bath houses, pavilion & sink area, & 2 deluxe cabins & kitchenette & primitive cabin as needed. 

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Long periods of standing, bending, and kneeling.
• Must be able to safely operate various maintenance tools & equipment.

• All hours paid at $9.00/hour.  (Penna. Min, wage = $7.25).  More for KOA experience & good KOA references. 
• You pay electric and $200/month for campsite deducted per bi-monthly paycheck ($50 each/each check).
• We provide FHU 30amp patio site or 30/50 amp campsite.  
• All campsites have 48 channels of cable TV and Wi-Fi.
• We provide 25% discounts on propane, 20% discount on groceries, and more! 
• Work same days/hours together, enjoy days off together!
• Meals are provided on duty provided that you don’t have dietary restrictions and paid lunches/dinner at the store/office.  (We’re still serving customers!) 
• Weekends are required as part of your regularly scheduled shift, as are holidays.
• We supply 1/2 the shirts.    
• End of season bonus based on all hours worked with good performance and completion of obligation. We work hard but we have fun.
