Work Camping Couple for Maintenance & Clerk/Front Desk Positions - Meadville , PA

We’re a very busy fun, family KOA destination campground located the in Great Lakes area of NW PA seeking 2 full-time, people-friendly Work Kamping Couples for an immediate opening, April 23 – October 21 2014 season.We missed our founder's Award in 2013 by a couple of points. We need your help to reach it this summer! Duties would include cabin & restroom housekeeping, and other minor maintenance duties for him, and clerking & front desk for her. Picture yourself enjoying our family friendly atmosphere with free catch and release fishing and explore the Great Lakes Area of NW PA! Clerking is fast paced in busy camp/convenience type store. Reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and amenities band program, serving Slushies and dipping ice cream will keep you busy. Knowledge of some reservation software required, knowledge of Kampsights is a plus! Maintenance & Housekeeping includes escorting campers, garbage duty, changing light bulbs and other light duty items, collecting mini golf balls, bagging ice, jumping pillow duty, swimming pool, set up and tear down of events and activities, trimming, landscape maintenance (watering flowers, weeding), etc. Housekeeping for two bath houses, pavilion & sink area, & 2 deluxe cabins & kitchenette & primitive cabin as needed. Pay and Benefits: Season Runs April 25 – Oct 20. Dates negotiable based on your availability. We provide FHU 30 amp campsite at 12 hours per couple per week (50 amp site available for 13 hours per week). Work 3.5 days per week together, enjoy 3.5 days a week off together! Extra pay DOE starts at @ $7.75/hour for all other hours worked. We provide $50 (30 amp) electric allowance (you pay anything above that amount) per month, free 48 channels of TV (installing in May), free Wi-Fi, and 25% discounts on propane, groceries, and more! Meals are provided on duty provided that you don’t have dietary restrictions and paid lunches at the store/office.
