Work Campers / Camp Hosts - New Douglas, IL

Hiring Couples at our Campground for April - October 2022 Season- Looking to hire couples.  1 person working the office and 1 working the grounds and maintenance. Couples will have consecutive days off together.

We are located 60 miles from Springfield Illinois and 40 miles from St Louis Missouri in New Douglas Illinois. Providing plenty or opportunity to explore in your free time.

General Office Duties: Registration, Greeting Guests, Food Handling, Reservations, General Office, Cash Handling, Retail, Propane Dispensing, General Maintenance,  Grounds Keeping, Bath house cleaning and Some Activities and other duties as required. 

General Maintenance Duties: Mowing, Grounds Keeping, Picking up debris, Removing weeds, improving appearance, assisting guests, escorting to Site, showing the hookups, cleaning restrooms, Housekeeping as needed and other duties as required.

Couples are preferred with RV to work 2-6 hour days for 12 hours per week each (24 hours per couple) in exchange for FHU Lake front site, electric stipend and discounts on Propane and store items.  Ability to make income beyond hours is available
