Work Camper Couple Needed - Athens, TX
We are Windsor Place RV Estates located in Athens, Texas. We are a small, gated community of primarily long term residents. The available positions are long term, year around but we will consider other short term commitments..
One work camper's duties will be in Maintenance. The spring/summer season will be the busiest time with site maintenance (mowing, weed eating, etc.) dominating your time. At other times, you will focus on general campground maintenance and improvement projects. Duties may include light electrical, plumbing, hedge trimming, and general maintenance of common areas. You will also be asked to assist with special events/activities. This workamper must be in good health and able to work in the Texas heat and humidity.
The 2nd workamper will be primarily managing the phone... answering questions, describing amenities, and showing available sites. Other responsibilities will be to receive deposits, collect rent, electric payments, and some light bookkeeping. This workamper will also be asked to assist with special events/activities and there will be some light housekeeping of the office, laundry and club house.
As compensation for an average of 24 hours per week, per couple, you will receive a FHU, Deluxe RV site, 2 car carport, hobby/storage room with W/D hookups, fenced yard, 20/30/50 amp. electric, city water & sewer, trash pickup and WiFi at site.

We are a residential community for mature adults. We do encourage visits from minors but with limitations.
If you have pets, tell us about them... we do have some restrictions and accept no more than 2 pets, 35 lbs. or less.
