Wine Country Innkeeper Couple - Plymouth, CA

We are seeking an Innkeeper couple to live in and operate a new luxury 5-room Bed and Breakfast we are currently building in a 40-acre vineyard in Plymouth, California.  This picturesque location is known as Shenandoah Valley in beautiful Amador Wine Country, and we own a successful award-winning winery and tasting room on the same property.  This is a full-time, year round position. 

The ideal “couple” applicant has minimum 3+ years Innkeeper or Hotel Operations experience, professional appearance, excellent customer service & communication skills, enjoys interacting and caring for guests, loves to entertain groups and show off their culinary skills, self-motivated, energetic, neat and tidy, able to organize & prioritize with little supervision, computer savvy, and eager to be friendly, courteous hosts that manage the phone/reservations, check-in/checkout, guest services, record keeping, oversee housekeeping, provide tours, manage supplies/inventory, grocery shopping, and prepare/serve daily hot gourmet breakfast.  Housekeeping, Landscaping, Facility Maintenance, and Marketing help provided. 

Salary will be based on experience.  Compensation package includes free live in suite accommodations, utilities, and scheduled time off.  No smoking.  No pets.  No children. Vehicle required.
