Well-Rounded Restaurant Couple Needed (Spanish a Must) - Isla De Holbox, ME

What we are looking for is a couple who have previous experience in the restaurant industry, who have extensive knowledge of wine and food and a very high level of customer service. Spoken Spanish is essential. 

We are an Irish couple who own a restaurant/bar/music venue in Isla Holbox, Quintana Roo, Mexico.

My partner has owned and ran many restaurants in the States, I am a private chef who has worked with very high end clients worldwide. We are currently functioning as a bar until our bespoke grill arrives, then we start working as a steak house. We also have live music 5/6 nights a week.

The ideal candidates would be that one can hold a preparation chef role and the other to be front of house/hostess/bar skills.

The island is two hours north of Cancun and easy to get to by bus and then a short ferry ride. The white sands, turquoise waters and friendly locals make it a very special place to live.
