We are located on the great north west of pacific ocean, we have 20 condominiums near a private beach with modern conveniences found in nearby ocean shores.
We are seeking a professional Caretaker/Management couple for our property in Copalis Beach, WA. We are interested in canididates looking to stay and grow with the company long-term. The property consists of a 10 acres with 20 units and other facilities. The expectations for quality service and efficiency are high. Must be experienced working in and around being able to demonstrate skill and depth in all aspects of managing a large property. We would like someone who is very professional, local, and highly trustworthy. Duties • Overall maintenance and care of the property including grounds and all structures, including all 20 units, Recreational area, and pool. This includes overseeing others as well as ‘hands-on” execution. Exchange room and extra cash for work. You will receive a fix rate per month and we also pay a commission based on the revenue generated. I will all depend on your level of achievement for the month.
