Wanted Motel Manager Couple - St Louis, MO

Looking for a Couple who is interested in working at a Franchise Motel property in St. Louis Missouri.  Individuals must be professionally minded, pleasant, motivated, proactive, team player, Resident Manager to manage a new motel in the Downtown area.

Job Requirements:

Must be fluent in English

Must have prior on-site property management experience.  Franchise Motel a plus.

Must have experience in light maintenance/handyman skills

Excellent communication skills

Computer Skills is a Must (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)

Must Have good credit

Own transportation required

Responsibilities to include:

Handle Check in and check out of guests

Set up and take down breakfast

Check all guest rooms after Housekeeping has cleaned the rooms

Laundry

Local Marketing

Performing light maintenance and repairs

Supervising any outside worker or company performing services on the premises.

Making sure all guest rooms and the entire property is cleaned at all times.

Compensation package is a 2 bed/1 bath apartment fully furnished plus bonuses (to be discussed later)
