Volunteer Couple - Val Verde County, TX

We are  Looking For A Volunteer Individual/Couple To Work-Camp At Our Preserve In Texas

We are located in Val Verde County along the Devil’s River.

Work is largely maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and basic construction. Beyond maintenance duties, the volunteers will also serve to monitor visitation and provide information to thepublic as necessary. Neither the site nor roads accommodate an RV; hosts would stay in an on-site facility with 2 bedrooms, full bath and kitchen. We are looking for a volunteer who is interested in supporting The Nature Conservancy’s mission to preserve the lands and waters on which all life depends. Required: 30 hrs/week, 3 month minimum. Position available immediately. Applicant must be 18 or over and pass a criminal background check.
