This is a live on site position. Both on-site managers must live on-site in the apartment furnished by the company and oversee all the daily operations of the facility. We are seeking a two-person team with an emphasis on friendly, customer service, professional managers with similar values as the company, and commitment to maintain a clean, secure and well-maintained facility.Job duties include but are not limited to:showing and renting units, accurate and organized administrative duties, tenant collections, participate in community marketing and attending Chamber and and marketing events, cleaning facility units and grounds and general maintenance. This is a non-smoking facility. The facility offce, grounds and apartment are non-smoking drug free areas. Any pet must be pre-approved. Requirements of both team members 1) Must have valid drivers license (No DUIs). 2) Must pass background check, medical, drug (including THC) and DMV. 3) Must have some computer knowledge and proficiency 4) Must be physically able to perform all job responsibilities. 5) Must live on-site in apartment provided. This job is a full-time position for each team member; meaning each team member is to work 40-hours per week. The position includes: salary based on an hourly rate for each team member of $13.50-$14.00/hour with a bonus opportunity. Additional compensation package includes the one-bedroom apartment located on the second floor above the office. Paid utilities include: electric, water, sewer, trash and internet.
