Responsibilities of Manager(s)
Owner hereby appoints Manager(s) to accomplish the following:
· Collect all rent
· Provide receipts to residents
· Provide a monthly accounting of rent received
· Perform Lot Inspections for all lots once per month
· Issue notice of violations and fines for rule violations
· Respond to resident issues and complaints
· Distribute monthly newsletter and other notices as required
· Distribute water notices are required
· Advertise property via word of mouth, fliers, etc.
· Sign, renew and cancel rental agreements for RV and Trailers
· Attend court to recover rent and loss or damage to any part of the property
· Meet RVs for parking and paperwork as required
· Keep log of RV reservations
· Additional duties may be added as required
