We need someone that can take care of a vineyard, avocado grove including the drip system  and our tilapia in a pond.

Water/sewer is included, electricity charged as used. Internet available for $25 per month. Digital TV antennae gets channel 7 and KPBS. You must be able to maintain/repair a drip irrigation system, weed whack, prune and mow. Pets considered (they must be neutered). Room for horses.. Fenced garden available for your use. Two people max. We require a minimum of 25 hrs of work a month for the site. If you are unable to put in 25 hrs you would have to pay the difference for rent of the site at $500 per month. You will have room for your own garden. A minimum of 20 hrs work a month is required even if you are willing to pay rent. Would prefer a unit 30ft or less. 40 amp service only.
