THOROUGHBRED FARM MANAGER COUPLE - Lexington, KY

Honest, intelligent, ethical couple to manage 80-acre thoroughbred farm and event facility. This is a premiere Bluegrass location we want to take to the next level.

He must: have years’ experience caring for 20-30 horses; be handy with tools and be able to operate backhoe, tractor and mowers; have good working knowledge of building maintenance and construction; have excellent time management and supervisory skills; possess a strong desire to bring the farm into pristine condition.

She must: be neat and clean; be able to prepare the facility for guests and manage clean-up after they leave; generally help out and run errands when needed. Good computer and accounting skills a must.

Modest living quarters provided that can be expanded as farm improves. All utilities and monthly stipend provided. Several additional income streams of per diem horse care, extra work and management fees. $100K possible.
