Store Operation & Maintenance

Tire of the hustle and bustle of the city, come join us in our beautiful small town. We are 45 minutes from Medford, 30 minutes from Klamath Falls and about an hour from Ashland.  It's rural yet not far from the urban convenience. We look for individuals and working couple with the zeal and passion on guest services, dedication to the day-to-day operation of the business, and the zeal to launch and manage a new store.   We will also be expanding the business to include a 12-room lodging facility in the next 1-2 year so the candidate must be flexible and willing to adapt to changes.  Desired candidate must be pleasant, honest, courteous, hospitable with commitment, zeal and passion for the business.  Opportunity to reside in all utilities paid facility. 

Business Operation Role:

-Manage Store front and  & provide exceptional guest service

-Provide accurate reporting of cash register 

-Ensure smooth day-to-day resort operation

-Perform cleaning and maintenance of the store area

-Certain level of creativity and latitude is expected

-Oversees the works of others like vendors & suppliers, part-time workers

-Ability to build strong relationship with guests and employees and establish high standard of work quality.

-Active and able to connect with local businesses

-Perform variety of tasks as and when required

Maintenance/Project Role:

-Skilled handyman able to work on plumbing, minor electrical, sheet rock, carpentry and finishing

-Paint, clean, and general repairs at the facility

-Upkeep common ground, mow lawn, yard work and landscape related tasks, can handle and tolerate cold and snowy season

-Maintain all lighting of the property

-Keep good record of maintenance equipments, building supplies and working tools

-Keep an eye on the security of the property

-Perform variety of tasks including frontline tasks as and when required

-Good understanding of technology and has the ability to manage Front Desk role if required

Preferably a couple or someone who has store front working experience or hospitality business and understand the nature of this business lifestyle.  Successful candidates will be provided with all utilities paid (PGE, water, limited wifi and no cable) and a salary of $2800 a month.
