Excellent compensation, benefits and long-term, full-time stable opportunity for a position as the management team of one of our self-storage properties.

Our ideal team will take hold of the property as if it were their own, working in conjunction with a hands-on management company to take this location to the next income level via off-premises marketing, pro-active in-house sales, on-going customer attention to detail, and proper property maintenance. Office Mannager 40 hours per week, Maintenance 20 hours per week.

Essential Job Functions:

• Ability to work closely with a diverse customer population
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Fine motor functions, use of keyboard for extended periods of time
• Walking extended distances - up to 200 yards at a time
• Navigating multiple surfaces: indoors and outdoors; carpet, tile, linoleum, cement, pavement, dirt - surfaces may be uneven, hot, icy, snowy
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying temperature and weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, snow.
• Bending, pulling, stooping, reaching, grasping, climbing, crawling, kneeling, and above head work
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds
• Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle within the limits of the law
