Storage Management Couple - Plano, TX

As a Storage Management Couple you’ll work alongside your team to maximize sales objectives with each prospective customer via the phone, web or in person at your location. You will have the opportunity to recommend and implement marketing strategies based on competitor information and your own great ideas. Our team members consistently practice Five Star customer service by welcoming every customers in a friendly, enthusiastic and professional manner. An apartment (Usually two bedroom) and utilities are provided.

This is a "Live on-Site" position, no pets allowed and no smoking in the buildings or the apartment.

Successful Management Couples achieve financial goals by:

• Storage Management Couples work with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions that will contribute to their storage experience. It is retail, so you will get the chance to sell high quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, tape and other moving supplies

• Successful Storage Management Couples are part of a world class team and should be able to perform without constant supervision. Our customers are important. You will build a loyal customer base by exceeding customer expectations

• Storage Management Couples will accurately manage cash and balancing receipts, pursue collections, post payments, process accurate and timely daily bank deposits, and assist with the auction process prescribed by law and as directed by Management

• When not taking care of customers in the office, our Management Couples spend approximately 50% of their time walking and tending to the property to ensure the facility is kept to the highest of cleanliness standards
