Storage Facility Manager - Arlington, TX

Full Time Position (40 hrs/week)

Job Description:

The Self-Storage Facility Manager (FM) is an energetic, professional, outgoing self-starter who has excellent sales skills, and is a team player. They possess above average customer service skills. The FM manager pays close attention to details of the day to day operations of the facility. The FM has aptitude in basic computer skills and book keeping.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Keeping the facility rented at optimum levels by effectively utilizing advertising and promotional and customer relations skills as approved by management. Resolve customer problems and professionally handle telephone and walk in inquiries. Process auto-payments monthly and visually inspect the facility daily, observe and respond promptly to any situation and advise management.
