South Florida Small Motel Manager (Couple) Wanted

We are looking for a mature couple or a single individual with no children for a permanent, live in manager position for a small 8 room motel on the beach in South Florida to start May 1, 2012.
 
Must be  AVAILABLE TO INTERVIEW IN PERSON April 16-April 26 Bilingual a plus but not required.

You will handle the running of the whole property, from reservations, check in check out, cleaning rooms,  maintenance, landscaping and the swimming pool. There are no other staff, so you are expected to be able to perform all these duties yourselves.  Must have experience in light maintenance/handyman skills.

Strong computer skills are also needed as there is online marketing and the reservations system is computerized.

This is a seven day a week job. It does not require all of your attention all the time, but you must pay attention to details all of the time and be available to the guests.

Compensation is a small apartment, all utilties paid, including phone, cable TV and internet. . On top of that the position pays 25K/Year for the couple.
