On-Site Storage Facility Manager (Couple) - Texas

Job Position:  On-Site Manager.  Perfect for a couple!

Duties: Manager will have to collect rents, take money to Bank for deposits on an as needed basis, ensure that the property is neat, clean and free of trash, each week manager will call tenants that are 30+ days late, send out auction notices to 90+ days late tenants and help the auctioneer out on auction day.  Must have basic computer skills.  Training will be provided on the computer system and all other aspects of the day to day running of the facility.

Salary:  $7.35 an hour.  Paid twice monthly, one the 1st and 15th of each month.

Office Hours: 5 day work week Tues-Sat 9am-6pm.

After 30 days of employment, living quarters will be provided for the new manager(s) on site.  Water, gas and electricity will be paid for by the company.
