On Site Self-Storage Managers - Round Rock - Austin, TX

Seeking self storage Resident Management Team for immediate hire to run a locally owned, Class A-Self Storage and Parking facility in Round Rock, TX.  Facility includes 500 climate and non-climate controlled units with 60 parking places. Surveillance cameras and gated entry. MUST LIVE ON-SITE in an upscale 2 Bedroom apartment. Round Rock is a suburb of Austin, Texas. 

Self Storage or apartment management experience a plus by not mandatory. Professional appearance, people skills and character matter more than experience.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a history of the following skills: strong customer service, sales, basic computer applications including MS Word and Excel, office/clerical/organizational, and the ability to perform light maintenance. Applicants will be required to pass a background check including credit and criminal.

Responsibilities include greeting customers in person and on the telephone, renting storage spaces, retail sales of boxes and packing materials, maintaining customer files, rental agreements and communication logs using management software on a desk top PC, designing and implementing marketing programs, mowing lawn, cleaning vacant units, minor repairs, etc.

Compensation includes base salary (based on experience) bonuses, commissions and two bedroom apartment with utilities.
