On-Site RV Park Manager Couple - Hutto, TX

We are a small (32 spaces) family owned RV park looking fo a couple for on-site management.

Responsibilities largely include at least one person being on the property during posted hours, greeting new tenants, assigning space, completing paperwork and collecting rent, enforcing rules and regulations, passing out electric bills monthly and collecting rents on the first of each month. We are generally a long-term (monthly) park so there are rarely short term (daily or weekly) tenants in and out. The landscaping is contracted out. All bookkeeping is handles at corporate office. In exchange, we offer the monthly space rent and $100 monthly utility allowance. We would like to find someone long term but seasonal is acceptable. Position begins 10/1/2011
