On-site Resident Manager Couple - Toledo, OH

IMMEDIATE NEED FOR PARK MANAGEMENT COUPLE 265 pad mobile home park in Ohio is seeking an HONEST on-site resident management couple who are self-motivated to run the day to day operations of a medium size park that is in the turn around process. Must possess great customer service & sales skills. Ownership has a goal to fill 100 vacant sites within 48 months. Seeking management who can do full mobile home renovations & setting.

Responsibilities include:
* Rent Collections
* Familiar and comfortable with evictions and the eviction process
* Maintenance of all Park common areas
* Rental/sale of vacant units and making units ready for move-in
* Basic maintenance and handy-man, carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills in order to renovate and or make units ready and maintain them.
* Uniformly enforce Park rules and regulations
* Handle and resolve any resident complaints and violations
* Interface with prospective Park residents about Park amenities, Park lease, rules and regulations
* Supervise any contract help and outside vendors
* Basic computer skills - Word, Excel, Internet, Rent Management software
* COMPENSATION: on site home, all utilities paid, base salary, bonuses/commissions!
