On Site Property Management Couple - Williamston, NC, NC

Seeking an onsite management couple that wishes to supplement their retirement income. Duties are part time but will require you to live on the premises. Work duties include (but not limited to) general property maintenace and the collection of rents. Light bookeeping and managing tenants required.

Our community is a small 15 unit property located in the small town of Williamston, NC. The property is in a rural setting but very close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Basic knowledge and repair of electric, water, sewer and carpentry skills is required. You must be healthy and physically fit to perform your duties. Private living quarters will be provided including all utilities and cable TV. Additional pay to be negotiated. Position will be available immediately.
