On Site Mobile Home Managers - Augusta County, VA

We are looking for a management couple to conduct the day-to-day management of 40 lots. The management team should be capable of handling office work and basic maintenance work. They should also ideally have experience in filling parks with tenants.

The overall management of the mobile home park community includes, but is notlimited to: Interaction with Park Residents, which includes rent collection, investigation of complaints and collecting feedback from residents to act as a liaison between ownership and tenants; Keeping resident files up to date; Greeting and interacting with prospective residents; Investigating complaints, disturbances and violations; Resolving problems and ensuring tenant adherence to the park rules and regulations; Bookkeeping, which includes tenant billing, bank deposits, recording tenant payments and adjustments, management of petty cash; Directing and coordinating the activities of contractors; Routinely inspecting grounds, facilities, and equipment; Creating work orders relating to repairs and maintenance; Preparing and administering contracts for provision of property services such as cleaning & maintenance; and Handling Emergency Situations
