ON SITE MANAGERS - Yulee, FL

Wanted: Couple needed as managers and caretakers for a boat & rv storage facility (5 acres total). Pay will be $1,000.00 per month (pay package also includes water, electric, sewer hook-up, cable & internet, and trash).  Also, will be responsible for running, including keeping track of inventory and sales for the small retail store that sells discontinued items and shelf pulls.

This location is also a dealer for Uhaul rentals, sales office for playground equipment and a store for discontinued items and shelf pulls. Commission of 25% will be paid for Uhaul rentals and10% on all store sales. Will also receive commission for sales of play ground equipment. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5pm, closed Sunday & Monday.

Couple must provide their own RV or camper for living quarters. There is a very nice awning and concrete pad to park the RV.  Need someone to start the first of May.  if interested, email your resume.
