Position Responsibilities

Oversee day to day operations of the apartment complex

Preform Yard work and groundskeeping

Maintain the shared laundry room

Respond to tenant needs and repair/ replace of coordinate repair

Conduct apartment turnover, cleaning and remodeling as needed

Collect, deposit and account monthly rent payments
