On-Site Management Team needed for manufactured housing community in Los Angeles County. Experience in multi-family housing management of at least 1+ years required.
Position involves the daily hands-on management and interaction with a variety of people and tasks. Oversight of maintenance to ensure that the property is in compliance with company policy as well as governmental and lending entities. Position offers salary, housing, utilities and insurance.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
~ Purchasing of materials and supplies and the bidding of work to be performed;
~ Collection and deposit of rent monies, and the reconciliation of books and accompanying reports at month end;
~ Inspection and noticing of rule violations;
~ Occasional court appearances;
~ Oversight and training of employees;
~ Screening of prospective tenants and completion of new occupant documents;
~ Management of all daily property business and tenant relations;
~ Other duties as they may occur.
Requirements
~ Good driving record;
~ 1+ years of management experience;
~ Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel;
~ Confidence in writing correspondence;
~ 10 key calculations and bookkeeping ability (we will train on our system);
~ Ability to interface well with a variety of personality types and corporate structure;
~ Must live on-site in company provided housing
~ Spanish Speaking a Plus
