-Property management experience (Mobile home park management experience a plus)
-Plumbing experience
-Mobile Home Remodels
-General Contractor Experience a plus
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, fax, scanning, email
-Good understanding of computers and the internet
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Enforcement of community rules and regulations
-Ensure cleanliness of all common spaces and facilities
-Meet with prospective residents & handle application process
-Manage Tenant Relations
-On call for after hours emergencies
-Prepared to live on site in community
Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects, ability to effectively communicate with residents, supervisor and the Management Company. Must have excellent computer and administrative skills. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required. Ability to follow-up with sales leads. Must be punctual, dependable and trustworthy. $2,500 Monthly Salary + Free Housing & Utilities + Commissions/Bonuses.
