On-Site Host Couple Needed – Big Island, Hawaii

We're looking for a friendly, reliable couple to live on-site and help host guests at our peaceful vacation rental on the Big Island. This is a great opportunity for a pair who enjoys welcoming travelers, keeping things running smoothly, and living the island lifestyle.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate check-in times and personally welcome guests (2 rooms total)
• Help guests feel at home and answer questions during their stay
• Communicate with our property manager and cleaning team about supplies and repairs
• Optional: earn income by assisting with room cleanings

What We’re Looking For:

• A dependable couple who’s easy to communicate with
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is a plus
• Airbnb knowledge and comfort using messaging apps, calendars, etc.
• A valid driver’s license
• No kids, no pets, non-smokers, and no parties
