On-Site “Couple” Security / Superintendent Persons - Ottawa, ON

About the position(s)
Live In Security and some building maintenance for an Auto Recycling Facility in the Ottawa area. This position is full-time, live-in position. Two bedroom apartment newly built is provided. Looking for a couple that will grow with our new team.

About the company
Established Auto Recycler with 3 locations. Ottawa is the newest location with a very bright future as everything is new and growing we are going to have our Grand Opening in Sept or early Oct. This is a large 18.5 Acre fenced and gated yard. Read about us here.

Duties
Security of the yard at night, including nightly rounds securing doors and buildings. Allowing access to the yard to staff after hours. As well as cleaning and other maintenance duties as needed. Daytime work is also available in the Office  or other departments if qualified.

Our requirements
Some previous experience would be ideal. Must be bondable. A mature “couple” is preferred (this position does not allow for children). Ability to maintain a schedule, a self-starter. Due to the location you will be required to have your own transportation.
