Great Opportunity to Live on the Colorado River 

in Bullhead City, Arizona!!

We are seeking a fun-loving energetic friendly couple to live on-site and 

manage our 48-unit condominium complex located in Bullhead City, Arizona.

Our complex is located on the Colorado River in Bullhead City, Arizona 

right across from Harrah’s Casino in Laughlin, Nevada.

From our clubhouse, pool deck and our private white sandy beach we have

the most beautiful views of the Colorado River, casinos and the sunsets are unbelievable!

What you get from us as part of your compensation package is a rent-free condo

and a small stipend. Your job description is to be the go between for our contracted vendors,

our homeowners, and the Board of Directors. What we need from you is a variety of light

maintenance knowledge to keep our common area facilities well maintained.

Organizational skills and light computer experience needed as well.

This is a permanent part time position.

This position is great for a retired couple or a couple with supplemental income.
