On-Site Community Management Team - Olympia, WA
Looking for team to manage an all ages manufactured home community in Olympia, WA. Job duties for management aspect include experience in a general office with strong communication and marketing skills, attention to detail, computer skills, collecting rents and making deposits, processing monthly reports, enforcing rules and regulations, issuing rule violation notices when necessary, screening prospective residents and processing new resident paperwork.
There is landscaping and light maintenance is a part of this position. Must have the ability to deal with resident issues and prospective residents in a professional manner, handle after hours emergencies, be organized and able to prioritize projects.
This is roughly a 20 hr per week job per person and the team will be required to live on-site. Compensation is salary plus housing.
