On-Site Apartment Complex Manager Couple - Hazel Park, MI

We are looking for a friendly, handy couple to live at our 24 unit building and take care of the management, repairs, maintenance, cleaning, replacing, ect,. that comes up. You must be able to present yourself and speak in person and on the phone in a professional business-like manner. You must be able to get along with people.
For the hands-on part we furnish all the material and require the managers to have their own tools. We hire out the lawn cutting, carpet cleaning, installation of new carpet, and snow removal when more than 2” of snow.
What we offer is a supplement to a couple’s income. With only 24 units we can not supply an apartment and a wage that someone can live on. The compensation is a free one bedroom apartment with an attached office and 1.5% of what we collect, which usually comes to around $175-$200 per month. Taking the whole year into consideration this is not a full time job for one person. What is very important to us is the availability of the managers when they are needed.
