Position: Long Term Seasonal Live-In (June to September)

A luxury ten bedroom villa that is rented to high profile clients is searching for a candidate to fill the server and host position for the summer 2018 season. Couples that work together will be considered. Exceptionally qualified and experienced staff are essential to running the property smoothly during the busy summer period.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• -  Keeping common areas clean: Living room and terraces

• -  Setting the table for meals: Silver Service training preferred

• -  Serving meals: Mostly family style but sometimes plated

• -  Cleaning dishes after meals

• -  Serving coffee, tea and dessert

• -  Making and serving cocktails

• -  Grocery shopping and errand running

• -  Managing villa beverage stock

• -  Working closely with guests to tend to and anticipate their needs and requests

• -  Laundry: Primarily for clients clothing

• -  Driving: Manual transmission, vehicle provided

  • -  Previous experience with high profile clients

  • -  Fit, energetic and adaptable to a busy schedule

  • -  Takes pride in appearance and work

  • -  Dedicated and trustworthy

  • -  Self motivated

  • -  Excellent communication skills

  • -  Team player and follows instructions

  • -  Confident and enthusiastic, positive attitude

  • -  Valid passport without any restrictions

  • -  Fluent in English and conversational Italian

  • -  Must be available within 4 weeks of offer
