Self Storage Resident Managers - Northridge, CA
Full time RESIDENT management COUPLE needed to run a well established high volume Northridge self storage facility. Managers must be energetic, out-going self starters with experience in sales and customer service; self storage legal or property management experience is a plus.
The management team is responsible for keeping the facility occupied, clean, and in good repair. Duties range from showing and renting unit's while promoting and selling the facility, They must also actively sell moving and packing materials, control delinquencies, and maintain an orderly facility. General office management consists of opening and closing on time each day, making timely bank deposits, corresponding with your assistant manger and preparing daily and monthly reports required by management.
