Self Storage Resident Manager Team- Houston, TX

Storage experience a plus, but not required .  Energetic 2-person management team to live on-site and manage self storage facility in Houston, Texas.  Responsibilities include, but not limited to:  leasing units, collections, sending late notices as necessary,  daily bank deposits, reports to corporate, marketing, cleaning the office, public restroom and vacant units, light maintenance; including  changing light bulbs.  The team must have good customer, marketing and computer skills.  

A 2 bedroom apartment and utilities are provided for the team.  Wages based on experience, along with bonus program, vacation and sick leave, health, life and vision insurance options for full time employees. Must pass all background and credit checks.   

Security deposit required on the apartment.
