SELF STORAGE RESIDENT MANAGEMENT COUPLE - FOLEY, AL

Resident Management Couple needed for Self Storage Facility located in Foley, Al. Management team should possess excellent customer service and phone skills, be computer literate, and be able to perform day to day operational duties of the facility Knoweledge of Storage Commander is a PLUS.

Responsibilities include renting units, Maintaining occupant relations, daily property inspections and collections. 

Ability to maintain the property and grounds to high standards is a must. This is a full time position and managers will receive two days off per week, paid holidays, and two week paid vacation eligibility after one year. Bonus plan is also offered. A three bedroom two bath apartment with utilities is provided.
