Self Storage Property Managers - The Dalles , OR

We have an immediate need for a Self-Storage Resident Couple. The Resident Manager’s will live on-site in an house provided by the Company and oversee the daily operations of the facility. We are seeking individuals who are ambitious, process focused, career oriented professionals to manage the facility as if it were their own. We place great emphasis on friendly, professional managers and our commitment to clean, secure, and well maintained facilities.

Job Function
Renting Storage Units, Collecting Payments, Making Collection Calls, Maximizing Occupancy, Maximizing Revenue and Overseeing all aspects of the operation of the facility.

Skills required: Friendly/Customer Service, Self-motivated with computer knowledge, ability to handle all weather, clean driving and criminal record.

Self Storage management experience a plus
Previous experience with Sitelink software would be useful.
